[Resolved]  Mts — Data card Speed

Hi all, In ever saw this much poor service provided to by any telecoms company, My mdn number is [protected] contact number [protected], I have registered the complaint re my datacard speed which has good tower but speed is 23 kbps as average and max 1 mbps..but according to plan it should b up to 9 mbps oly 1st month it ws good, after that not even single day it crossed 1 mbps..for complaint also no resolution given still, agent in customer care has lack of communication, service is pathetic...got frustrated by calling the customer care again and again.so am not going to pay the bill, which was agreed over call by agent Indra .also am not getting serviced as per agreement and complaint deadline also bared .Kindly send the confirmation over email.let me proceed further in lodging complaint in consumer court reg poor service of mts. Thanks,
