I have got the MTS datacard 3 months back, the device was working fine for 1st month from past month the speed has decreased to 20kbps according to the plan i should have 2mbps. I have raised the complain thrice but the customer care is not responsive they reply back with a series of steps or call me at odd times and say that we need to resolve it online i.e while using the datacard. I had given them a time at which i can be there online but they never called me at that time.
