Mts — Defective Handset Deliver

I was buying a MTS handset through Flip cart last 16th Sep'2014.Model ZTE D-286 (CDMA+GSM). This handset max time hanged and non stop ring tone sounding. I try to search a service centre of MTS but max service centre withdrew its position. I called castomer care for searching a service centre but they gave the wrong address. I had purchased a MTS Mobile set through Flip kart last 16th Sept'14. Invoice No DEL/RET/TOU/14-15/1700.
After receiving 15 days later it was seen that max time the set was hanged and when a massage received a non stop ring tone sounding until it was disconnected from its power.
I try to search a service center from internet and when I go that address, it was a miracle max service center left there position 1 or 2 years ago.
I call to customer care for such searching but they gave the wrong address and wrong contract no.
In this situation I am confused what do I do.
Please do the needful and give the right solution as soon as possible.
