My MTS dongle no was [protected]. It stopped functioning in June 2015. After more than of dozen complain in MTS customer care, I requested to close my service. I paid the last bill even without benefit of service. Now they say that while your request to close the service was in progress phone call dropped, so even without service you need to pay the monthly bill. In July they demanded ₹904, I argued with them but they behaved rude, In August they demanded ₹1804...now they are threatening me through their agents by the name of court. I have been harassed a lot and MTS must be fined and punished for harassing a genuine Customer
