was delivered a homespot instant wi fi by M|S SOLUTIONS UNLIMITED OF AA245, SALTLAKE SEC 1 KOLKATA-700064.THE CASH MEMO NOS OF THE SAME IS 810 MDN NO [protected]IM WAS GIVEN ORDER FOR THE SAME PREPAID BUT THE COMPANY INFORMED ME THAT IT IS POST PAID. SO I REQUESTED THEM NOT TO ACTIVATED IT SINCE IT IS NOT REQUIRED BY ME. ALSO REQUESTED TO RETURN ME THE DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH MONEY PAID TO THEM TO COLLECT THE SAME FROM MY PLACE.BUT THERE RESPONSE IS UN PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD REQUEST YOU ALL TO COLLECT AND FINISH THE DISPUTE. I AM YOUR OLD CUSTOMER AND HAVING ONE MORE DATA CARD.PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER.

YOU HAVE DONE THE NEEDFULL FORM YOUR END BUT THE COMPANY HAS NOT YET TAKEN BACK THE DATA CARD INSPITE OF SEVERAL REMINDERS NOR THEY REFUNDD THE MONEY OR MY FILL UP SIGNED DOCUMENTS. I AM QUITE SURORISED TO SEE THE DELAY. I APPREHAND THAT THEY WILL USE MY CREDENCIAL TO CONNECT ANOTHER DATA CARD AND BILL WILL BE TRAISED ON MY NAME.PLEASE DO THE NEED FULL
