Mts — Disconnection problem | |||
Myself K. Surendar from Pondicherry and my mts data card number is [protected]. From the very first day of activation I didnt get speed more than 30kbps, I have raised many complaints regarding this but my problem is not solved and finally they told that is the maximum speed of my location. So I decided to disconnect it and raised a request to Appellate since I didnt get proper response from customer care. they told me to pay the outstanding bill till date to get disconnected, I paid that bill . but after that I didnt get a single call from customer care regarding disconnection and they simply sent a mail to me stating that I have retained to continue the services. I don get the point how they can send like this without calling me. not only one time, they sent like this two times, its really frustrating for me . so far I have paid Rs.700 for the active days(even I didnt consume much data) and keep on requesting them for disconnection, but no response from their side. please help me to get disconnected.
