Mts — Disconnection request | |||
I purchased a MTS data card postpaid connection and wanted to get it disconnected in the month of February 2016 i went to the outlet in dandeswaram nagar and paid in full the bill amount plus the disconnection charges. The store just forgot to process the disconnection request and i was sent a bill of two months in april 16 which i again cleared after being promised that it will be disconnected but again there was no disconnection processed. They are continuously billing me without me being using even a single byte of data and despite numerous requests for disconnection the call center told that they can not do anything and the shop is telling that they too cant do anything and that i have to contact the customer care itself. The MTS group has put me in this loop and now is extorting money out of me causing me immense mental and physical harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||
