[Resolved] Mts — Dissatisfied with the MTS services | |||
I am not getting alert message on my registered mobile number [protected], regarding due date of MTS Data Card ([protected])recharge.Because of this 8GB of data got lapsed and could not carry forwarded to the next month. Since the issue is from ur side, that I didn't get alert message, I missed out to recharge before due date and lost 8gb. Therefore kindly refund the 8GB to my account. Earlier also when I purchased the data card, after lot of follow ups with the customer care team, my activation issue got resolved(was facing port issue with connecting). I am very much disappointed and dissatisfied with the MTS services.Please answer me why this is happening with me. Was this information helpful? | |||
