Ashwani Kumar my data card no-[protected] this card due payment say by MTS 1273 rupees i paid this payment[protected], at this time call customer care MTS i said that i close this data card but they say your due payment 1033 rupee more, this is bad by company

Dear Customer,

With reference to your query dated 3/2/2015 about MTS number [protected] regarding bill issue, we would like to inform you that if the services of an account is in active status and the customer has not requested for account cancellation, then customer is liable to pay the daily rental along with service tax irrespective of the usage made as it is a postpaid services. This is standard across all type of services. Hence, we sincerely request you to pay the outstanding amount of 1041/-.
