[Resolved] Mts — DONGLE NOT GETTING CONNECTED EVEN AFTER RECHARGING | |||
DEAR SIR/ MADAM, I reseted my dongle after enquiring the helpline as because of some unknown person using my wifi connection, but after reseting even after recharging for unlimited im not getting any internet connection. when i called to the ambattur branch helpline at chennai. they giving a very bad customer care not helping me in any way instead talking so rude. please help me to rectify my complaint. can i tell my dongle number?
