Mts — due to extra bill and money charge by company

respected i beg to say that i m user of mts .i use std isd and pco as commercial use from this company suddenly they charge extra money .due to raise in price of call rate .they deosnt tell me that the price of call rate is going to rise now they give me bill of high rate. please help me.my credit limit is 700 in bill and they raised it
