MTS Company is cheating people very badly, I am really frustrated with them.
I am without Internet from more than 1.5 months and no one are ready to help.
I am doing follow up since 10th December as my data card was not working at all, with 0 speed..
Calling to the customer care started like this (at least 4 calls everyday for more than an hour/call) and I used to hear all non-sense explanations.
Almost 10 - 12 days later when I started blasting them, Finally they sent a technician to house he checked with some software and said i will give the report to MTS team.
Now everyday they send me one email with same email format and ask to pay the Bill.
They said they have barred the services in December and now they want me to pay 2127rs when i did not use any service after 10 December and after all why i should pay the charges.
This matter is already with TRAI however no response so far.
Please assist me with this frustrating matter.
