Mts — Executive cheated

Hi, I hold a prepaid dongle [][protected] which was broken and thought to replace the device. when I searched for a prepaid dongle, One executive got in touch and I got the dongle. After reaching home i saw that it was a postpaid device which i dont want. I called the executive again, he have no proper answer. He is trying to convince me take the post paid. Need fix.
