Mts — failure to disconnect MTS Mblaze services inspite of multiple requests

I had put in a request to disconnect my MTS Mblaze dongle in FEB 2015. Mobile no [protected]. I also Paid them the monthly rental plu additional disconnection fee and handewd over the instrument to the Pondicherry MTS office at 45 feet road. Inspite of this they keep raising monthly bills and has been harrassing me over phone regarding payment. It is their fault that the service has not been disconnected after such a long time. Their custome executive Mrs Soumya from Chennai had promised that the account will be closed once a final payment of Rs 1020 is paid. Now i have done so in order to finally get rid of the issue. On enquiry with the customer care number, i am told that the account is still active. God knows what kind of communication systems they have there. A simple disconnection request takes such a long time to process. I am not paying any more money to such fraudulent company. If they raise one more bill in my account i am sueing them for sure.
