Mts — fake bill

My Mts dongle is dead/off for around 6-7 months, and for some days they are calling me for Bill, talking to me rudely and harassing me for notice, before also some advocate called me from their side and talked rudely to me, that time I paid the bill because I don't want to be in court trouble and that time speed issue was there but now this is a limit, can anybody do anything?
