I have purchased (COD)a new MTS datacard (# [protected]) of cost Rs 1299 on 07 Nov''2015. But due to false commitment of data plan, i denied for activation and asked for complete refund. Now since 10 Nov''2015, I have been complaining for refund by sending email and calling on customer care but not getting any response.
I also contacted (on email) Appellate (appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in)and TRAI ([protected]@trai.gov.in) but no action has been taken yet. MTS is doing fraud with customers by doing false commitment and then taking no action on complaints.
Please help me in getting the refund.
