On April 2nd I bought an internet dongle for rs.1800. The sales representative have is the details of the plan, he said I will be getting 10GB data at full speed (whatever that means) and fair use policy will be applied. Initially I got 1GB data and after repeated calls I got the rest of the data. Now after consuming 10GB my single is refusing to connect to internet. When I called their customer care at [protected] a representative is along me to pay another 999 to get the connection active. So I asked to connect to her manager and somebody spoke at length and nothing happened. He even admitted that the sales representative had given false information. And again he wanted me to pay up for restoring the connection. The manager even asked me to go online complain.
This is worst customer support I have receive, where people blaming each other and not solving a problem. Is this the worst customer you have received? Or are there even worst customer support people should be awareof?
