The big useless thing i ever did is bought this MTS Datacard postpaid connection. It was giving a poor of 100 kbps but they promised for 9 MBPS. I asked them atleast 500kbps is happy with me. but due to poor signal it was not working properly. But I adjust and using it. after a month the LED light in dongle is not blinking and internet also not working, its due to the device fault. they said it is under warranty so can replace it. but i was facing so much problem with the speed, so i wanted to permanently close this account.
When I call them and said it is not working so close this one. My billing date is 15th of every month, i asked them to close 13th of may. it is before the bill generate. so not even a month is completed.
They said 7 days it will take and i need to pay for that 7 days too. i dn't understand when the device is not working why i need to pay for that 7 days.
finally they gave Rs.1249 bill amount and when i ask i havn't used it even for a month but maximum bill amount for one full month won't be even Rs.1100, they said Pay Rs.1000 only. i will give remaining amount as discount.
Anyway it was my fault to choose that MTS, so i just paid Rs.1000 and they said account closed i won't be disturbed again.
now after one month again one more lady called and saying from delhi court, and asking to pay Rs.249, if i don't pay i will need to come to court.
I am in huge upset. i dn't understand what is happening. I am not even asked them to replace the device when it is under warranty, when I do favor for them in everything they are cheating me in everything.
Just want to make sure i won't get any nonsense calls hereafter.
