Mts — Fraud and Mental harrasment From MTS.Extra bill Claim | |||
My name is Sashi Kant Prasad. My MTS data card no is [protected]. I last used this connection in Jan 2015 and in the same Jan Month I lost my dongle and since then i never used it. I complainant many time to customer care for proper termination/closure for this connection.But didn't got proper closure solution from customer care executive regarding my matter . Since i used this connection till Jan 2015, i was ready to pay the bill for Jan month which generated in Feb 2015. I tried to pay bill online but was not able to pay the amount and in the march month i got due amount Rs 1674 and in April 1875. .I am ready to pay Now all off sudden after so many month i started getting threatening sms and Lok Adalat notice. They are not terminating the connection Permanently and sending me the Lok Adalat Msg .I am ready to pay Jan Month bill but they threatening me to pay 1875.Please advice.
