Mts — Fraudulent and miscommitment by Mts employees

I has taken an mts data card in 22nd dec 2014and number isv[protected] and registered a complaint of speed on 26th dec it. i has recieved a call and has been informed to visit the mts centre . I has visited the MTS centre, nit faridabad and they has admit that these circles are having issues in speed and confirmed on mail that your refund of data card has been initiated and do not use the data card.I has since then not used and now to my surprise i has recieved reponses like we don, t have policy of refund and we will not be responsible for commitments and telephonic complaints, as they are not valid according to us. Please Do not use mts data card. they do not provide services as well as the feedback regarding the employees are non professional and they has sent the bills which i has not used and now recieving calls regarding the payment.
