Mts — Fraudulent calls from MTS for bill payment due and case filing | |||
I used MTS MBlaze for about just a month till Feb 9' 2015. Since then the device was completely unused. The connection was surrendered with all due payments of bill received in 1st week of April. I even collected a closing id and reference number. Since then my MTS is sending new bills and calling me asking to pay new bills even after connection closure. And today (29th May, 2015), I even received a call from a rude-behaved person who claimed to be speaking from Delhi District court claiming that they have a case filed in my name for not paying the bill. The number was +91 [protected]. This is ridiculous! How could a reputed company can take recourse to such coarse and substandard measures to claim money! I got the detailed information regarding my final payment and even the closing id. I don't understand how the next bills got generated. Is MTS system so poor? Or there is really some fraudulent acts involved? I went through the customer complaints and found that this has happened with so many customers. I need this issue resolved immediately.
