Recently[protected] I have Bought MTS post paid Data card. First 2 days only it was fine. From 3rd day onwards frequent connection drop is there (daily problem is starting from 6PM onwards). I have raised compliant on[protected]Complaint Number: Mar/8035). Without resolving the problem, compliant was closed[protected] by MTS people. When I have called to customer care they said that, they don't have option to re-open the complaint but the problem is still there.
I dont know how to get refund and surrender the card.
