Mts — Harassing to pay bill despite of not able to use mts data card due to technical problem from their end | |||
My MTS number is : [protected] This is to inform you that due to technical issues from MTS side I was unable to use my mts data card for the entire month before discontinuation. I kept on calling the technical support team for resolving the issue but every time they said there is problem of connectivity of MTS in our area. But no one solved the problem. So the entire month I was not able to use the data card. As I have not used the data card due to technical problem from their side I am not liable to pay for the same. Would request MTS to stop harassing their customers by writing mails and calling to pay the bill despite of not able to use the data card for the entire month Was this information helpful? | |||
