MTS India — Mts bill cheque is not accepting your

I wanted to pay the bill by cheque on 09/12/2015 but your MTS Service centre Executive denied to accept the cheque, they denied to Accept cheque in drop box they asked cash or online bill payment. Sir it is inconvenient for us. so please do something
