Dear sir, I have used mts data card no. [protected] before last 5-6 month, i have been regularly paying and using their services. I traveled to out of rajasthan for 45 days and i have leave my data card mblaze at my home. I called the customer care to stop services and also asked them the payment amount that i can’t use the data card so please stop and close the things. I was also told that i am out of rajasthan so i can’t come to your office to stop the data card, and from last 4 month to till date i was received so many calls from your customer care and i was told them please understand my problem and stop the data card i was told you so many times and i can’t used your data card please cheek the uses, now i was also told that their service person will visit to collect amount and give me proper slip and close my account. Form then onwards mts has been constantly calling and harassing me for bill amounts of 1101/- which is ridiculous, they are asking money for service which i requested to be stopped. Some day before i got a call from a so called advocate who shouted at his pitch of voice and told my case will be presented to the delhi court. If i don’t pay 1101 /- by i some days he will file a case against me and i will have to go to delhi and pay court charges and also pay huge fine amount. On 18th august i was received a call from mts its a diverted call number and he told me madam now you pay 600/- online and close your data card a/c, so now i am again ask him if i dont use your data card why i am paying this amount so he told me madam if you want to ignore the case then please paid this amount. I want clarification when i was called your customer care no and told your team please stop this card and i dont used so why i am paying this amount to you, and how can they file case against me for the amount which is not even the service i had taken. Please take of this notice. After this also i am harassed for payment need action as a citizen of india. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||
