I have bought my MTS POSTPAID DATA CONNECTION 9.8Mbps on[protected], it was activated by hotline release on[protected] at 08:58am. I got the confirmation SMS regarding my 799/- 12GB unlimited plan details.
Few days later on[protected], I have raised the request to change the monthly plan to Rs.550/- One of your customer called and gave the wrong information about the requested plan is not available for my data connection. So no other choice, I have decided to continue the same plan 799/- .
But, now[protected]:25 AM) my data connection was failed to connection due to temporary disconnection from your side. I have contact the customer care, he said that my current plan is changed to 550/- and my bill is more than Rs.2000
Mam, I request to you kindly deactivate my connection permanently. It is really waste of time to speaking with your worst customer care service. Even they didn't informed me about the plan changes.
Really, your data connection speed is very excellant, but I'm not interested to continue your service due to worst customer care service and I won't pay the unwanted amount except my genuine usage.
I have tried more than six customer care executive, no one gave me proper solution.
