MTS Mblaze wifi connection number is [protected] . I lodged a complaint yesterday that is 14th july with the complaint number JUL/15160 and they promised to resolve the issue within 22 hours! However i am yet to get connection. I have only used approx 18 GB as told to me by customer care, whereas i took the postpaid connection of MTS for 999 which gives 40 GB UL usage. However, my connection got disconnected suddenly without any notice. And when asked to the customer care to help me, they ask me repeatedly what is the issue even though i already told them 100 times of the issue. They are deafs or what i dont know, but when am paying for something i must get FULL SERVICES. I dont want to pay for something for which i dont get any service neither will i pay any amount for such a connection.
Treat your customer professionally. Dont take them as granted. And i[censored] cannot resolve the issue and restore the connection, disconnect the number as its of no use to me, and forget about getting any bill amount from me. This is just the 1st month am using MTS and am already irritated and frustrated by your worthless internet connection which is there to be disconnected always! Was this information helpful? |
