Mts — Internet Connection Speed

I had purchased a 40 GB MTS dongle about a year back. I had been promised an internet speed of 9.8 mbps as per the sales executive and as stated in the cover packet of the dongle. Initially the speed that I got was 300 kbps which later got reduced to as low as 10 kbps. I had complained to MTS regarding this about 2 months back. However this issue remains unresolved till date. Currently the speed is hovering around 10kbps and at times 1 kbps too. Request you to please resolve this problem immediately. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with my MTS internet connection.

Please solve my probem as early as possible.I am eagerly waiting to get back my 3G connection speed which is 9.8 mbps(as written on the pack)
