I subscribed to MTS from February, and after the first few weeks, the interent service has gone down rapidly. there are long periods of no service at all. and now the situation has worsened and no service is provided in the evenings. MTS internet service reduces to extremely slow to non existent in the evening. The customer care centre operator states that given the congestion in the area, they are not able to provide the service. Earlier there was no service in the day as well, On complaining they restored i the day.
their data plan allows for only half the bought data to be used in the day time, and rest i the night time. With no internet service in the night, am unable to use the data that I paid for.. every month I am paying for double the data that I use. because of their intentional non provision of service.
