Dear Sir/Madam, I was using MTS dongle for 3G internet data from last 1.5 years appx. I called MTS customer care to stop providing me further service 3- 4 months back. They asked me not to surrender and take any other plan. I took lower amount plan but again i decided not to use it further as it was not useful to me. I called again to customer care 2-3 times for surrendering the service but every time they told me not to surrender and asked reason for surrendering the service. I told them stop the service immediately so that i can pay the outstanding dues until the period i have used the service. They told me they cant stop the service and i will get a call from their different department who can process surrender request. Until today i have not received such call. Now they send me SMS and call me to pay the dues. I have paid the bill until i had requested to stop service i tell them what ever i owed i paid i cant pay for the service which i had requested to stop. Now they have started sending me threatening SMS and calls.
Please assist.

Updated by gdinesh2002 Sir, Please note that now MTS executives have started coming to my home and threatening for the payment. I stay in my office during day time and in my absence they threat to my old age parents. My mother has been operated two months ago and she is not in a position to take this harassment. Kindly take strict action against MTS.
