Hi This kannan modem number [protected], i have brought this card from MTS center in coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
But mostly i have been used this modem in my native place palani 624601. i have met two problem one is net work another slow speed for last 3 months, i have tired to contact with your customer care centre but no use & no responses from your customer care point .
Note ;-
Last month reply - i got only this reply, but no positive responses from your customer care . what happen to your technical team .
