I brought one mts ultra wifi on august and pay by the rule but one month i didnt use the device as i change my venue and they charged me with 4*actual money need to pay
i paid the amount and tell them to deactivate my connection they told me to mail them regarding this as in their manual no deactivation procedure is mentioned so followed the steps and again i received the message regarding another payment when i have told them to deactivate though i have paid the bill now they are again sent one mail to pay the bill when i am not using the device from september and i request several time for deactivation .
its just one type of cheating nothing else according to me.
now they are telling me that its not in there provision to check mail whoever is sending the mail is not there concern they dont see the message .
two sided service they dont have proper rule of deactivation and creating trouble for normal people so please do something against it
