After the complaint lodged at MTS customer care for N/W speed issue and escalation to appellate, the appellate spoke to me .The funniest/cruel fact is, the scumbag doesn't even know what is service or resolution.He don't know what the real issue facing MTS network or do not have any ETA(Days/Months or even years)for the resolution to the problem.
For him, there are two resolution.
1. To deactivate and get lost
2.If still want to continue paying, they will mark my complaint and update me when ever there is a solution, which even he has no idea about ETA(Days/Months or even years).
I have taken the first option and deactivated the plan as per the problem resolution proposed by MTS appellate. Was this information helpful? |
