[Resolved] Mts — MBLAZE DEACTIVATED | |||
Hi, My name is Durgesh, I bought MTS ([protected])data card just 15 days back which is registered in the name of my father Mr. Rajendra Singh and got activated, however it got disconnected on 11/09/2014. I called to customer care sw rep he said my phone would be activated in 4 hours. However number was not active so I called again sw rep again he said number is deactivated as I owe some money to MTS for another card which was activated in year 2012 with my alternate number -+91-[protected], I told them I got this number is mid of 2013 how come its possible that I had MTS but he asked to visit MTS branch for further help. I visited Vaishali MTS care in sec – 4, he told me same thing.moreover he said maximum help he can do provide me name of person who was using this alternate number in 2012 and I should collect money from him. Why will I suffer for him. Now my concern is this first I never bought MTS before, I bought my number which is 91-[protected] in mid of 2013 so I am not liable to pay any thing which was bought earlier with this number and is this my mistake that I bought MTS card. Why would I go to that guy who done fraud. Please activate my card asap as my business is getting hampered because of this. Thanks, Durgesh Was this information helpful? | |||
