[Resolved] Mts — Money deduction from account for unknown services | |||
For several times there has been deduction from mobile account (mobile no- [protected]) stating I have opted certain services, which i certainly haven't, and don't know about. When i call customer care services to resolve my issue and refund the amount, they decline stating i have self activated the service. But i knew something was wrong . So i dont use the mts mobile except when i have to make a call . But again on[protected] when i check my balance after making a call there is a deduction of Rs. 25 . Hope they keep up by not causing any more trouble to their customers by such unwanted problems MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

In my account also they deducted 25 two times. i hate mts for this, they are robbing from us.
