Mts — Money not returned after failed recharge

I tried paying bill of my mts number [protected] today morning, the total amount paid by me is rupees 686, 100 rupees from paytm wallet, and 586 through Internet banking. The recharge failed but the company is not returning my money that has been deducted from the bank, they are saying that the transfer was not successfull but the bank statement clearly shows that the money is transferred to paytm. please help.
