Mts — MTS BLAZE service not as per advertised | |||
I purchased MTS Blaze after seeing their lavish advertisements that give 3 G speeds. However when I purchased my dongle from their outlet in Gurgaon (MTS Galleria) they gave me no receipt for the purchase. Even though they told me that it wont be a problem and MTS did their verification. However since using the same for the last 4 months, I have still not experienced 3 G speeds. The speed they provide is ridiculous sometimes coming down to 100 kb/s for an entire day / week !! When I complain to the customer care, they give their complain numbers but nothing happens. If you ask again why, then they will simply say that they are helpless. They even harass you if you try to disconnect by stalling you and saying that technical person will call you for disconnection, but that never happens even after 2 weeks. I request you in this forum sincerely, to disconnect my MTS connection because I honestly didn't think that a multinational company can be such frauds. Please disconnect immediately otherwise I will be forced to appeal in consumer court as I feel cheated by you. Picture of comparison between my MTS broadband and cellular 3g network.
