[Resolved] Mts — MTS Customer Care / Support is very worst | |||
Recently I have taken MTS Postpaid connection and they provided the ZTE device for the same but it doesn't have PPP VPN internet protocol hence I raised the complaint on the same day of device activated complaint no: MAY/9557. After doing several followups (50 times) Finally I got the device replacement with Huawei E315 on June 9th. Because of the device compatibility issues I was unable to use VPN service during that 13 days hence I requested for the bill waiver and the complaint no: JUN/6691 which has been raised on June 20th and for this also I did the follow up around 50 times for this too and today is the last day for the bill payment but till now I haven't received any response for this complaint. ALL THE TIMES MTS CUSTOMER CARE GIVES WRONG COMMITMENT TO DISCONNECT THE CUSTOMER CALL. I have spoken to Abdul Asif / Tambreez / Kumar from Escalation team, Nishant is the manager from Escalation team manager and they are not able to escalate to the issue to the higher level except email sending. BUT WHENEVER COMPLAINTS GET RAISED WE GET SMS AS TAT 14 HOURS BUT AS FAR TO ME THEY NEVER FOLLOWS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AS PER TAT. I would suggest to everyone not to use MTS service because incase if you had any issues with MTS that requires support then you need to 15 days of work timing and lot of energy to fight with MTS customer care. MTS is providing WORST SERVICE to customers in the Telecom industry Was this information helpful? | |||
