Actually, last Friday (11th Mar 2016) i seen a poster on wall about "MTS Data card unlimited" and i followed that poster whatever the number mentioned and he committed me that MTS speed is 9.8 Mbps actual providing, no 1/4th speed and after consumed speed to be throttled down after bundled usage is 256Kbps actual speed providing, no 1/4th and no Roaming charges anywhere in India and I bought Data card from that Poster person the same day.
But on 16th March duration of ACTIVATION call from Customer Care, i asked few questions to customer care officer regarding Speed before activation data card. Customer care officer told me that we're providing 9.8 Mbps but 1/4th that means 912 Kbps approximate and throttled down after bundled usage we're providing 32Kbps actual speed and Not overall roaming free. For that reason i haven't activate my data card after listened that issue. And i tried to call that poster person but he didn't pick up my call.
That means poster person fraud with me. I want justice regarding that and money back (Rs. 1300). Please i'm requesting you to assist me and give me the suggestion that what should i do.
I complained to MTS customer care([protected]@MTSIndia.in) but they replied me that
"We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.
You have expressed your concern in the email dated Wed, 16th March '2016 regarding postpaid MTS number [protected] about refunding the cost of data card, we are sorry to inform you that we do not have a provision of refunding the cost pertaining to MTS data card.
"
