Mts — MTS Data Card not working and bill is generated every month | |||
Hi, I brought MTS datacard number [protected] in october. It was not working in my home area as well as office area so i raised a complaint on 25th Oct 2014. They told it will be fixed. Still no call or no person came to check that or rectify the issue and the bill of Rs 1904 is generated for 2 months now. They are threatening me for pay the bill, but my point is why i should pay when i have not used and when the complaint is not resolved.
