I got a MTS data connection on Jan 5th, During that time they assured that we will get 4Mbps speed.But i have got only 10kbps to 50kbps at max some time i have got 120kbps.
I have raised a complaint to customer service, but they have closed the complaint without providing any solutions.Moreover i have used only 3GB of data for a month of feb because of speed issue.But i got a whole month bill (Rs.898).I have stopped using it and i haven't paid the bill till now.They have deactivated my connection on mid of march.
They are asking me to pay 1806, They used to calling and torturing.I asked them to reduce the amount of device cost from the bill amount.They are not doing it.Today i got a call from some person, he told he is an lawyer and MTS raised defaulter case agaisnt me and he asked me to pay the bill amount. Then i argued with him to reduce device cost then finally agree to pay (Rs. 806) and he agreed to give final settlement copy.I made a payment to MTS.But later i came to know that ****fraud**** is an MTS employee.He didn't picked up the call.He is not providing final settlement copy.
Kindly take some action against them to save consumers.
