[Resolved]  Mts — MTS Has Not Learnt How to Maintain Healthy Customer Relationship!

I've purchase MBlaze wifi ultra device from Vipin Sharma, Sales Manager, sohna road, Gurgaon. At the time of device purchase, I told him that I'll purchase this device only if it'll get activated within one day. He committed me to do so. After one day, I called to Vipin Sharma several times and he didn't pick up the call. It's been three days and still it's not activated. Now, this is my humble question to MTS team, whom should I trust on? Your MTS team whom I bought this device from? Don't you think it's your MTS team's responsibility to submit the documents on time and activate my device as per the committed time? OR you want your customers to keep on visiting your stores even after submitting all the documents and payment in advance? This is an advice to new customers who are seeking for new broadband connection, please look for wired broadband connection available in your area and avoid MTS!
