MTS is cheating, I have purchased MTS connection last year November what they have promised were.
1. 40 gb unlimited plan
2.Speed will be up to 14.1mbps
3.Constant speed will be always 4 to 5mbps
4. If we are not satisfied, they will refund the dongle cost.
Above promise has been made my MTS agency.
But after I got dongle. I was struggled like anything to activate the MTS connection itself. very poor response, no technical knowledge . I used to call daily thrice . they have not following proper procedure. Nearly 4 or 5 complaint raised to activation problem . The one complaint was to surrender a connection.
I have clearly told them I dont want to go with them. Because its poor service but they have not accepted .
Then I finally fought with for placing my call to their floor manager. With his help it got resolved first time manual activation.
Then I tried using, the speed is very slow, I checked consistency of the speed .The speed not even 512kbps.
So I called them and asked refund the amount because I am not satisfied.
Then Customer care informed me its not possible because, criteria would be, I should use 900mb of data then only they will refund.
This data limit I heard from customer care officials time to time different value- 900, 500 and now 200kbps
Now how we can identify the speed and consistency of speed within 200kbps. who is deriving all this policy.
In market big cheating is happening . they are taking people money to their pocket without providing any service and quality service. TRAI should bring some guideline for all this kind false promises
This class would not communicated when i procured the connection. All hidden classes.
So never use after that. Now they are asking bill for two month Rs 2036, which no where worth, they have not provided any quality service not even customer care.
Why I should pay the money which I have not used.
