I took MTS MBlaze Ultra for Rs.999. It worked for only one week after which it started showing a disconnected status. I registered a complaint with MTS customer care on 6-Jan-2015 (Complaint ID-JAN2354) for which there was no response and so I registered a complaint in MTS APPEALLATE. Still now even after 15 days there is no response from MTS side.
And the worst thing is that MTS generated the monthly bill for the same period when the device was not working.
When contacted the customer care MTS replied that I have to pay the bill since the bill is generated and once paid am free to disconnect MTS connection if I was not satisfied with their service. But MTS will not refund the money I spend for the device.
From this its very clear what MTS's business is. MTS earns profit by just selling their device.
I want my money back. Please help me to find a solution for this.
