I have taken a connection from MTS and the number allotted to me was [protected].I am not using the device because of some connectivity problem since December 2014.But the company goes on billing and i paid the bill amount due as on Jan15. After calling their customer care i registered my complaint regarding the billing and as directed by the executive of the customer care i paid the amount of Rs.536 on 30/03/2015 and i submitted my request to cancell my number.For the last three months i was not informed that the connection is still active and today ie on 10/07/2015 i received a call from Adv Mini stating that an amount of Rs.900/- is outstanding and they are going for legal procedures.I have called several times to the customer and every time they confirmed that the connection is disconnected.Please advice me.I am PSU officer and the advocates are calling in the working hours.
