Mts — MTS MBlaze erratic connection | |||
Sir, My MTS Number is [protected]. On 23/03/2015, I lodged a complaint (vide. complain no MAR/6411) that I my internet connection is erratic. Sometimes connection is there, and sometimes no connection. This is office supplied internet connection and used for vital work. While lodging the complaint, I have talked to 3 separate MTS customer care people, each giving me 3 separate solutions (1) Reset Browser (2)Delete files in %TEMP% (3)Reset the wifi dongle. Today on 26/03/2015, a representative called me up to inform me that my issue has been solved and so they want to close the complaint. When I said that the problem is still persisting, I was told that the prove was that I have used the internet today. He was trying to convince me that the problem was addressed. He wanted me to lodge a new complaint about connectivity. I have following to say: (1)I never claimed that I did not have connection. My complain was that the connection is unreliable. Sometimes connectivity is present and sometimes absent. Disconnecting and re-connecting back is not helping either. (2)Regarding false information, I did not write the entry into the complaint system. It was the problem of the customer care person who failed to understand my issue and lodged a problem into the system which was not true. (3)After talking to 3+1 customer care representative and waiting for said "24 working hours", cannot I expect a problem to be solved by a professional MNC like MTS? PLEASE HELP !!!
