I bought an MTS MBLAZE ULTRA wifi Postpaid connection 45 days ago. I enjoyed the speed in the first billing cycle of the datacard. But as soon as the second month/ billing cycle began, the speed dropped merely to 8 times to what i was getting in the first month. Sometimes the downloading speed is around 30kbps and sometimes around 250kbps while it is supposed to be atleast 5Mbps(as they offer upto 9.8Mbps). I have complained regarding this at to the customer care and i got calls in return saying that a Person would visit my place to rectify the issue, but NEVER TURNED UP. This drama has been going on since the past 23 days and i am highly disappointed by their service.
Hence i am complaining that if the issue cannot be resolved soon i want a refund for the device or if the issue can be solved by this month, then i need a bill waver for not being provided the service for which i am PAYING.
