[Resolved]  Mts — MTS Mblaze wifi Data card - Service issues

Hi I purchased a data card from MTS on around the 10th December 2014 and still I am not able to use the service. When I connect it to my laptop it never connects to the network however the signal shows full. I tried to connect with the wifi service, it connects hardly however when it gets connected it gives the worst speed I have ever seen before. Average speed is around 10-15 kbps. I called their helpdesk several times, no one helped to fix this. Did talk to a team lead who was very rude and did not help at all, he said to go to a shop he will not help on the call. I took the DataCard to the Kandhanchavadi on 20th December and they told to come back on 22nd December evening. The shop was closed when I arrived at 5pm same happened the next day, I went to the shop at 2.30pm and it was closed. They gave a number to call however they do not receive it. Next day we went to the shop at 6pm and they gave me the data card back saying that it is fixed and will work very good, however it is still not working. This is worst service I have received so far. Not at all happy as after taking the service I was not able to use it properly and will have to pay the full monthly bill. And the worst case is that after submitting the correct id proof they have mentioned my name wrongly in the system. Hoping for a resolution.
