I brought this MTS wifi datacard almost 30 days back with 40gb unlimited plan of 999INR. Begining 10-12 days i was getting good speed but later on it got #Reduced countably to 10-12kbps, even lesser than my cellular data! I called the customer care several times and even raised complaint w.r.t speed issues which i am facing from almost 20 days. One of the executive said that there's no HSD network in my area. Then how the hell in the begining days it was working perfectly fine?! I was MTS net user 2 years back also, same location and it was really fast that time also, as it was in the begining of this connection's forst 10 days. Well, you can't even say that i consumed my 20gb data within 10 days as i spend most of my daytime outside my home. Another executive said that it will get sorted within 2 days and nobody knows when will those 2 days come. Infact, today is 1st of Nov. I mean begining of new month and i am still facing the same issue.
LISTEN, MTS, I won't pay even a single INR bill amount if this is not sorted ASAP! And the moment it gets resolved, my bill payment will be done within the very next hour. You have less time. Sort it or _|_
