Mts — MTS not disconnecting my MTS MBlaze postpaid connection

Hello, For over a year I have used this snail pace internet connection of MTS and due to not being satisfied with their service, I had called the customer care on March 19 for deactivation. The customer care guy said he is not authorized to take this request and will ask the retention department, but till now I have not received any calls from them. They are really shameless people, I have called them numerous times as well as have mailed them numerous times for disconnection, they are not even bothered to reply back or answer me. The MTS really sucks. I advise others not to opt for this connection due to their very poooooooooooor service. Nonetheless, I won’t be paying their bill as I don’t require their service.
